Fundriding straight through the Third World – not bookable
We all still remember it from school – “sponsored walk” for a good cause. Sponsors pay a few cents or even euros for every walked kilometer. At the end the money is added up and donated to charity.
In December 2016, Roland Debschütz would like to give the opportunity to join him, to 12 participants.Im Dezember 2016 möchte Roland Debschütz 12 Teilnehmern die Möglichkeit geben, ihn dabei zu begleiten. Annually from 2016,l he wants to offer this tour for
twelve interested, socially conscious and adventure-curious canidates. The big difference to the Test-Tour will be the total duration. The Real-Tour, starting in December 2016, will last 14 days and will probably be the tour of a lifetime for most participants. The participants will experience Cambodia in a way that no “normal tourist” can. We will pass through regions and see things that even remain closed to the eyes of individual travelers. We will show how the “Kleine Hilfsaktion” uses donations and how a local development organization works. The money that is collected from every kilometer walked, will be used for eye surgeries.
Roland Debschütz drives the charity-bike-race-taxi and was able to drive together 204 eye surgeries through the seasons from 2013 to 2015. A great act, because in Cambodia, every eye surgery saves lives immediately! Benefiz-Motorrad-Renntaxi

Guide / Mr. Bong
Mr. Bong leads the partnering organization “Bareebo” in Banan in Battambang/Nordkambodscha. Bareebo is the organization that continues the projects and services of the kleinen Hilfsaktion locally. Bong is one of Roland Debschütz’ best friends and one of the most lovable people ever. He was conducted during the time of Khmer Rouge and lead to the killing-fields where he could luckily escape shortly before his execution. His only option was to flee to the jungle and seek refuge. That is where he managed to survive without any aid, until the Civil war had ended. He knows Cambodia and Cambodias nature like no other and will be the guide of the slower group, due to his patience. To be clear: No, you cannot marry him, adopt or clone him. Every single one of the six participants in his group, will love him – that’s for sure. more ›
Guide / Mr. Phalla
Mr. Phalla (pronounced Poulla) is the second guide and will lead the slightly faster group. Phalla has also been a longtime friwnd of Roland and also leads his own development organization (BBC). BBC is located in Pursat and is also a partnering organization of the kleinen Hilfsaktion. Phalla knows Cambodia and its peculiarities very well, as well. Same as Mr. Bong, he speaks very good english and is a very sympathetic person. Fun and a good mood is also guaranteed in his group. Phalla is a specialist when it comes to improvising and often organises quicker than the actual problems appear. Somehow he always knows someone, who knows a person… he is the perfect complement and a good friend of Mr. Bong. So we have managed to put together an excellent team. more ›
